Knead It Bakery is a small-town bakery with a big heart, founded by Rachel Mathias in Goodsoil, Saskatchewan. Inspired by the quiet mornings by the lake and the cotton candy skies of prairie sunsets, Rachel’s baking reflects the simple beauty and comfort of country living. Every loaf, bun, and treat is made with care, carrying the warmth of home and the peaceful spirit of the prairies.

While Rachel currently bakes between Lloydminster and Goodsoil, her dream is to one day settle down by the lake with her family and open a cozy little bakery where neighbours can gather, share stories, and enjoy the taste of fresh homemade baking together.
